Yes you will need to be more in the sunlight so you’ll be able to sleep better as your body will then be able to produce melatonin and also vitamin D

I’m playing bi-naural music Healing and Deep Sleep from YouTube. I’m so glad that my sleep has improved.
During the day I play other bi-naural music for settling my brain and confusion and lack of focus.
This really settles me down and takes the pressure off for me.
