    Yes, I have high sensitivity too. Dr Elaine N Aron has a book called The Highly Sensitive Person. She is a psychologist. Separating mine and another’s emotions when walking into a room with lots of people can be hard. It can be confronting. Hump Back whales, and pumpkin sun fish have been known to be so alturistic that they potential save another being’s life, sometimes crossing species. Meditation and yoga may serve this lady well. I was always told I was too sensitive as a child. Identifying boundaries is so important. I am also healing myself with my FB, insta and YouTube channel. I learnt lots from Yasmin’s books and then an Astrology course.
