Feeling sad? This might be why... - Yasmin Boland

If you’re feeling bad or sad, take a breath…

While there are undoubtedly plenty of possible reasons why you’re feeling that way, it could easily be that…

… maybe you’re tuning into today’s Venus/Saturn clash, under the Aquarius Moon.

In astrology, Venus represents love, beauty, and pleasure, while Saturn represents restriction, limitations, and challenges.

When these two planets clash, it can create a sense of disappointment, loneliness, and emotional pain.

Feeling unloved or unlovable can be triggering. Anything from a friendship drama to a break up to work stress. It’s all very challenging. And Venus clashing with Saturn doesn’t help because it makes us feel as though there’s not enough love in the world to go around.

But really, there is!

If you’re feeling down right now, it’s important to know that this feeling is very likely temporary. Venus and Saturn won’t be clashing forever. And you almost certainly won’t feel this way forever.

Things will get better.

The other thing to remember is that if you’re into manifesting, then you do need to process your feelings and come out the other side. While we all get down from time to time, it’s crucial that we work on figuring out the triggers for our upsets and work on healing them.

Remember, like unto itself is drawn.

So if you’re feeling down, it’s hard to attract lots of good things.

Note!!!! This is not about spiritual bypassing and pretending everything is ok. You can’t fool the Universe! It’s about working through issues and Venus/Saturn pushes us to do that.

Here are a few tips to help you get through a difficult time:

  1. Talk to someone: It’s important to have someone to talk to when you’re feeling down. Reach out to a friend or family member and let them know how you’re feeling. Sometimes, just talking about your emotions can help you feel better.
  2. Practice self-care: Take care of yourself physically and mentally. Get enough sleep, exercise, and eat well. Practice mindfulness and meditation to help calm your mind.
  3. Do something you enjoy: Engage in activities that make you happy. It could be anything from reading a book to going for a walk in nature. Doing something you enjoy can help take your mind off your problems and make you feel better.
  4. Seek our a counsellor: If you’re feeling overwhelmed and can’t seem to shake off your feelings, consider seeking professional help. Therapists and counselors are easily available online these days and can help you work through bumpy patches.

Remember, feeling unloved or unlovable is common – most people go through it at one time or another.

It’s okay to feel this way, and it doesn’t mean that you’re not worthy of love.

Eventually, though, you’ll release this and, believe it or not, find happiness again.

So keep in mind that, like today’s Venus/Saturn square, any upset today shall pass.

One piece of good news for you is that in just over a week, we’re going to have the New Moon eclipse. It’s a pretty intense one but it will be perfect for anyone who wants a breakthrough.

I’ll be holding a one-hour one-off Eclipse Alchemy online event to make the most it.

We’ll be meditating at the exact time of the eclipse and I’ll show everyone who attends:

– How to make supercharged New Moon eclipse intentions with the power of crystals, altars, oracle cards, creative visualisation, chanting and other boosting techniques
– How you can work with this eclipse and every New Moon to make wishes that work using the world-famous Moonology Method of manifesting (which I created!)
– What the April 2023 eclipse means for YOU
– How to create a personal plan that will move you closer to your goals
– And more!
