Sometimes the best recognition comes from self-approval rather than what you receive from other people. It may be important for you to remember that today. It’s not that other people don’t recognise or appreciate what you do, they are just unlikely to vocalise it. They will, in time. So for now, just sit pretty in the knowledge that you know you’re doing all the things you need to do! Ultimately, that’s what really matters anyway. Keep it up!
