If you’ve been feeling restless or agitated, stressed or anxious, you now have cosmic permission to breathe. That’s right, just breathe! If you were to be honest with yourself, how many problems have you solved with worry? I bet it’s none. That being said though, worry can be hard to avoid. So if you feel your mind is in a feedback loop, then take a deep breath or three and see if you start to feel better. Meditate as much as you can.
