The end of the month can be a frantic time. There’s so much to do and little time to do it all. That said, you do need to give some thought to just how much more you can actually do. Some big choices are coming your way as July becomes August. Sure, you may be keen to do all the things. But can your mental bandwidth handle it all, all at once? Consider saying no twice as much as you say yes.
