You can spend so much of your time, effort and energy trying to figure out things by looking outside yourself. If you can just tweak this one thing or change that other thing… well you know how your own self-talk can go! Right now, you really do need to switch up yourself talk and trust in the fact that the answers you’ve been looking for externally have been within you all along. May sound a little spiritual or woo woo, but it’s true!
