There’s still time for you to focus hard on your daily health and work routines. And if you think “Omg-so-boring-routines!” think again. They are your friend now. So whether you’re living a normal life of going to work and coming home again, or you’re reading this in some exotic location with a Mai Tai in one hand and sunshine in the other, think about your routines. If you don’t have any, make some. And if now really isn’t the moment for it, at least think about the routines that you’re going to put in place when you can.
