Try not to push yourself too hard today if you simply don’t have the energy for it. Chances are, many things are being dredged up from the past. All your fears and worries, whether they are perceived or real are going to be illuminated so you can deal with it once and for all. It’s not going to be an easy few days, but you’re better off for facing these issues than you are for being in denial about them.
