If you really want things to change in your life, you have to stop looking for external things to change. The fact is, that if you want change, then it has to begin with you. Take a long hard look at your patterns, attitudes and self-talk. Are you kind to yourself or are you repeating things from your past? You may not think you are feeding self-limiting beliefs, but when you really break things down, there is a high chance that you still are.
