All relationships have their sore spots. You can do all the healing, all the therapy and all the mindfulness you want – some things are what they are. This doesn’t have to be a bad thing, in fact, it’s a great thing. When you can accept things for what they are, then you have the power to change them. Right now, any triggers or upsets you’re experiencing will soon be changed and transformed. The healing will come so be gentle with yourself.
