Thoughts really do become things. If you think you’re going to have a bad day, then a bad day is what you’ll have. Instead, try the practice upon waking of being grateful for all that you have. Also, do go one step further and say why you are grateful. Thoughts, words and deeds have so much power, so choose them wisely. If you’re find yourself in a negative thought pattern, check yourself and start over. It takes practice.
