In an unexpected way, you’d gain a lot of joy and contentment by doubling down on all the habits, routines and rituals that you know work well for you. Sometimes in the pace of life, we lose sight of these things, but it’s time you get these things back. It could be a fitness routine, exploring your curiosity or working on a dream or long-held goal. Whatever makes you fire on all cylinders, is what you need to be doing more of.
