You have so many opportunities right now, even if it doesn’t appear like it. Rather than opportunities, maybe it’s options you’re having to consider. Do you do this? Do you do that? What if you did this? What if you did that? – that kind of thing. Normally you revel in the chance to have so many options, but right now, the big picture life direction side of things feel heavy. Career does too. This may be the time to explore options rather than make choices.
