It's Full Moon day so it's time to ... - Yasmin Boland

It’s Full Moon day so it’s time to …

What?

Go a little bit crazy? Have an argument? Burst into tears?

I’ve already done all three of those and it’s only 10.09am!!!

The biggest thing, though, is to surrender it all to the Divine on Full Moon day. That is exactly what we will be doing at my free Full Moon ceremony this evening UK time, which you can register for here.

So why do we manifest at New Moon and surrender it all to the Divine at Full Moon?

Shouldn’t we just do one or the other?

In fact, surrendering to the Divine and co-creating with the Divine are not necessarily mutually exclusive concepts.

The create/surrender cycle is a thing!

Many spiritual traditions from around the world and throughout time teach that surrendering to a higher power can be a powerful way to release attachment to specific outcomes and trust in the universe’s plan.

At the same time, actively working towards your goals and dreams can be a form of co-creation with the Divine, as you are aligning your actions with your inner guidance and the greater good.

So a little bit of both is a good thing!

Create in the Waxing Cycle and release it all to the Divine in the Waning Cycle

Create in the Waxing Cycle and release it all to the Divine in the Waning Cycle is a good rule of thumb.

Ultimately, the approach that is best for you may depend on your own individual beliefs and experiences.

Some people find that surrendering to the Divine brings them peace and a sense of detachment from outcomes, while others may feel more empowered by actively co-creating with the Divine.

It’s important to explore these ideas and see what resonates with you personally!
