Make it your personal mission that each day you accomplish something that your future self will thank you for. Even if that is only a small task, these tasks will add up and overflow over time. As that happens, not only do you improve upon your competence, but also your confidence. As the time passes, you will actually amaze yourself by just how much progress you’ve made.
