Life may feel a little bit unpredictable right now. One day, you’re full of energy and absolutely powering through all your tasks. While the next, you’ve got next to no energy at all. Rather than trying to push yourself on the low energy days, just make full use of what you’ve got on the high energy days. Also, do remember that other people can support you when you need it too. They’ll support you even when you don’t as well!
