It’s a little bit prior to the time where you might be reflecting on 2024, that said though, it may be worth your while to start. As you do, you’ll recognise just how much has shifted. All those little habits you’ve broken and all those new attitudes you’ve adopted have really brought you so much further than you’d otherwise think. Give yourself a little bit of credit for that because you’ve most definitely earned it. Do a little something to celebrate yourself!
