Libra monthly horoscope – September 2018 - Yasmin Boland

There’s nothing wrong with a bit of introspection. And after the first week of September is over, your mind is drawn inward. Getting your thoughts together can be productive; dwelling on what you’ve done wrong and wallowing in guilt, less so.

And it really isn’t your fault if you’ve become the apple of someone’s eye and you simply want to prod them with a sharp stick. Fortunately, that particular hassle is short lived. Life is much easier if you surround yourself with people who make you feel comfortable. The excitement of a new relationship isn’t really for you at the moment. Familiarity doesn’t breed contempt – rather, it gives you a warm glow when you’re with someone you know can rely on.

It’s all about making the most of what you already have rather than chasing something new and shiny just because it’s new and shiny. It isn’t that you find it hard to defend what you think is good and right. More that you’d prefer to focus your energy in more productive directions. However, if someone does have the temerity to contradict a value you hold dear to your heart, you’ll have no compunction in telling them just how wrong they are.

Although you might feel a little apathetic mid-month, you get pulled up sharp when money isn’t flowing towards you but making a mad dash in the opposite direction. Yes, things do break from time to time and need repairing or replacing, but are you sure you’re not being just the teensiest bit heavy handed?

Things turn around a little towards the end of the month when you’re much more inclined to talk over things that you’d been mulling over. Somehow, when you throw your ideas out into the world and share them with those around you, they seem much more manageable – and probably a lot less scary.
