Spend the first three weeks of the month being as low profile as you possibly can. Work through whatever happened in the past 12 months and process any feelings which are still a little bit charged. Talking to yourself isn’t as crazy as it seems. Look in the mirror and talk through how you have been feeling – with yourself. Doing this can truly be life-changing.
