    Take it half an hour before you want to sleep.
    For 2 weeks or will reset your brain & sleep patterns.

    I was exactly the same 3 am for me and no Internet this morning but my phone worked for chanting and prayers so obviously I was meant to be there for that And now I have Internet on my phone so the things that I meant to be at the places that meant to be a happening but anything that’s not spiritually related is not working that says it all I think I knew I needed to take the time for me
