When you can admit that things didn’t go the way you wanted them to, then you can move forward. Instead of saying “woulda, coulda, shoulda” you say “oops” admit your mistake and move forward, well, that’s exactly what will happen. If you’re still stressing about a mistake, a misspoken word or something you “should have” done but didn’t things will get better. Chances are, everyone is over it already but it’s you that’s beating yourself up. Just move on.
