Do what you need to in order to stay grounded. If an old fear has come back to haunt you recently, stay strong. You’re being tested. Sometimes what you fear is just that – a fear that will never materialize. Do go back to any spiritual practises like meditation or yoga if you’ve let them drop. They will help! Remember to breathe!
