I was just thinking about how back in the day, I really was one of the very few people writing about or talking about the Moon.
I don’t want to sound like too much of an old timer (!!), but back then, in the 1990s, astrology and the Moon were not nearly as mainstream as they are now.
As far as I recall, there were really only two people of note – Sophia Mason and Jan Spiller – who were talking about La Luna. (Funny they were both women since the Moon is all about women!)
I devoured both their books from cover to cover several times each …. but there really wasn’t much else to read about astrology and the Moon.
Now though, I feel like EVERYONE is talking about it.
When I see something like the image on the left here which says “Make a wish at New Moon…”, I feel like EVERYONE knows about doing this – but do they?

I was just telling my son today about a premonition I had around that time – after the book manuscript had gone to the printers but before it had actually been published.
